Hang in there. They will find her. I go to her little sister's school and every time I see her sister I feel like I am going to cry. The Lord will help us find her. I promise that you won't be alone through this, there is a hope you can still hold on to. She will come back.

Ambers Grandmom: Walk A Thon

The one year date of Amber's disappearance was marked by so many caring people who participating in the Walk A Thon or sponsored those that walked. The donations received from this fund raiser will allow us to continue the search with mailing and posters...whatever we can do to keep her precious face in front of everyone so they will remember and keep looking for her.

Words alone cannot express our thankfulnes for all the love and support from so many who have learned to care for our Amber. Thank you.  Please keep Amber in your prayers.  God bless you.

Guest: Hope These Questions Help

To the family of Amber:

From my family to yours we hope that you will find Amber safe and sound. My wife, kids and I lived in the Escondido for about 5 years during the time your daughter disappeared. I worked in security and investigations and had some thought of what might help. I would hate to lose any of my kids and would do my best to look for them and would appreciate all the help I can get.

As reported in the news, your daughter had a check to buy an animal. Was that check ever cashed?

Has there been any at all “Unusual Activity” with the checking account that the check was written on? Where was the person/s or company supposed to meet your daughter to get her animal? What “if a company” was providing the animal where are they located and has your daughter been there to see the place? The truck that might/or might not be involved at the school it has a hitch for a trailer in the back, wonder if this person driving was from the company supplying the animal for her. Other questions, has she been anywhere by herself for these FFA events or was she with family? Do you remember where she went for these events? If you remember have you been there to look? I also being involved with law enforcement and security has anyone reviewed the “SIGNAL LIGHT CAMERAS” installed in or around the area of where she disappeared? Yes if you look at the signal light posts in the area, you will see on some there is a white tubular camera that is placed on the top near the light, that is a camera and it does get recorded. <

Lisa DeSherlia: Mrs.

To Amber's Family,

My prayers and thoughts are with you on this sad anniversary of Amber's disappearance. I hope that you will get the answers that you deserve. You probably know of the high-profile, recent case of Jaycee Dugard being found after 18 years. I hope that it won't take nearly that long to find Amber or any other missing person! I can tell that you are doing everything you can to find your daughter, and I pray that soon your heroic efforts will pay off. Amber, wherever she is, is blessed that so many people are advocating for her and not letting her story become a cold case.

My continued thoughts and prayers for Amber's safe return to you!

Wil Camerino: Mr.

My name is Wil and i am with See53.  As a parent with a child with Autism, I somewhat understand what you are going through in that he is considered a runner and has actually run off a few times.  I will never forget that initial fear of where could he be.

We are a Outdoor Advertising Company and we wrap semi-trucks that drive local and across the country.  We also can enlist the support of truckers in Mexico as well.  I'd like to offer our services to help you find Amber.  I unfortunately cannot do this for free but I'd like to offer that we do this at our cost - no markup whatsoever.  Take a look at www.see53.com and this will give you a better picture of how we could broadcast throughout the country .

I could be reached at (858) 395-0468

Yannick: Shocking

I'm from Belgium and I'm "intrigued" by missing persons. I can't quite comprehend how mentally disturbed - because that's what they are - people abduct other people. I feel sorry for the parents and everyone who knows her. I hope with all my heart that she returns safe and sound.

Susie: Our Precious Amber

Amber's Family.

I am friends with Annette and Bob Welch and was told of Amber's disappearance. My heart broke when I heard the news. Tho I know the hearbreak of having a child pass away, I cannot even fathom having to live not knowing where my child was. Be strong and love each other. I feel in my heart Amber is "out there" and one day we will find her and bring her home where she belongs!

Love to you all...

Valerie Thomas: Request for info

I am a mother and a grandmother and can't imagine the burden of having a child missing.  You  have my most heartfelt prayers and sympathy.   I am also an astrologer and I have looked at Amber's birthchart as well as the chart of when she disappeared.  If possible, I would like to have her birthtime in order to more accurately determine what may have happened.  I have had some psychic information which I am not confident enough to share yet  (although I will tell you I did get her middle name which was confirmation for me that I may be on the right track). I am hoping with the additional information I might either disregard or clarify the info.  I am not a nut, nor am I a professional, just a caring person with some psychic ability who for some reason was drawn to Amber in particular when I saw her in People.  I will tell you that the vehicle I see is not the truck in the photo.  Anyway, I hate to ask or impose in any way but if you could share her actual birth time I would very much appreciate it.  I of course, will share any significant information I get with you.  My Very Best Regards, Valerie Thomas

Tara: Dear Amber

To Amber and her family,

I wrote in the guestbook a few months ago. Not a day though goes by that I do not think about Amber. I'm almost 20 years old and I live in Florida. Amber, you remind me so much of my best friend and your story has touched me very deeply.

Like you, she is kind hearted, loves animals, like reading, and especially loves wolves. She was thinking about doing some sort of internship at Yellowstone or Yosemite, or one of the other national parks. She's interested in animal behavior and talks all the time about studying the wolves. She took an animal training class at our college last spring and actually taught her dog a lot of cute tricks! If you saw the video she took of her dog you'd laugh! :)

Almost every day I use Google News to look for word of you. I've never met you, yet you and your family have touched me on such a personal level. I will NEVER stop looking for you and stop hoping for your return. Everytime I go out, I always glance around, wondering if maybe you're walking by. I've shared your story with my friends and joined your facebook group.

I've even sent a few letters to Nancy Grace asking her to air your story again. She's very loud (haha! :P) so I think maybe she could get the attention of people and get your story out there.

Amber, if you're reading this... please hold on. Wherever you are - hold on and never give up hope. I've never been in a situation like yours before, but I know what it's like to lose hope, to feel like you have no strength left in you. But let me tell you Amber, you always have strength. It is always there. In our darkest hours our hearts still beat, we still inhale and exhale, we still LIVE. Fight for your life, for your family, for the wolves, and for this beautiful world in which we live. Never, EVER give up Amber. When you cannot fight, your family and all of us out there will fight for you, but do not ever give up. While you may have to walk miles, t
