Guest: Deepest Condolences

Dear Dubois Parents, siblings, family & many friends,

My prayers are with your family! As a mother of 2 young girls the same age as Amber. I could not imagine the great pain that you are enduring. Your video was very touching and I hope they catch this monster so you can find some peace knowing who committed this horrific tragedy! I am behind in keeping these predators away from our children and off the streets to harm other innocent children. May the Lord be with you and your familiy.

Guest: Sad

I have been praying for you and your family. I'm sad to see it come to this end. I too was hoping she would come home safe. My new prayer going forward is for the family and friends to be carried through this rough time. May you find light on your journey. Amber will not be forgotten and I hope you feel the love and support your community is sending your way.

Love from another Mom in San Diego xoxo

Monica Cooper: The Dubois Family

Dear Dubois Family and Friends,

My heart was hoping we would find Amber alive and well. I'm so heart broken and send my love to all of you. We helped down at the center in the early days. My daughter, Megan Ward was not old enough to help with the search but spent time in your center doing other jobs. We have thought of Amber often and pray for her always. There isn't a time when I drive by EHS and not say a prayer for her. Know we want changes in laws to better protect all of us! A change in how our law enforcement looks at these type of cases needs to be changed as well. I know you all are in pain right now, but know we support your family in prayer, always.

God Bless and may we all be able to heal.

Guest: Finally Home

I came across the link of Amber finally being brought home today on AOL. Although she was not brought home in the way everyone prayed for, at least the search is over and Amber's family and friends... and all those who helped in trying to locate her... at least now they can all find closure.

I'm sure millions are writing something to her family here similar to this, but... Amber was in heaven, watching down all this time, watching those who loved her search for her. In her own way, this must have been a painful experience... I'm sure she would have wanted it to finally be over, so you can all move on... not forget her obviously, but know the truth and starting learning to deal with it.

This whole thing reminds me just how sacred my own children are. Of course, I love them beyond measure, but you just don't think that one day, they could suddenly be gone.

Let hope that others who hear about this truly take the time to absord the reaiity of it... that there are monsters out there just watching and waiting for the opportunity to take advantages of those weaker than them, regardless of how it affects them or those who love them... that we need to love our children and appreciate them every single day, and look past their imperfections... and forget about the messy room or the spilled drink... and just thank god they are here.

It's horrible that something like this ever has to happen, I for one would like to be part of the effort to keep things like this from happening again by heightening awareness... and helping others to see just how important it is to keep a close watch on your kids... how it's okay to be overprotective and ask rediculous questions if it keeps them safe.

Enough rambling. I just had to say something. I read the words of Amber's grandmother and the letters from her and Amber's father... and I just started crying... I just wanted to let you know your story... Amber's story, has touched me and I won't forget it. I ho

YC: SO SAD.....

I have been following this horrible story on the news since day 1.  i was shocked when i heard the news yesterday, my heart was broken and my prayers go out to the family and friends.  She is an angel and she is in a better place with her LAMB.

vicki: a Lamb

this child, Amber, all she wanted was a baby lamb - Amber was as innocent and as loving as a baby lamb.  I felt horrible when she was reported missing and now I feel even more horrible now that she is found.  the only comfort I can gather is knowing that she has found her Lamb....the Lamb of GOD...our Lord Jesus Christ.  AMEN

I am a friend of Ginette Vaudry-Claude Boulanger  in Lavaltrie Quebec. I have been following the search since I have heard. I even had the story put in the trucking news so truck drivers could help with the search.

It is a very sad day but now we can all start healing. We know now and our minds can stop wondering. What if...

Our hearts and prayers go out to all your family.

May god help you and confort you in this time of need.

All of Us: Amber...Everyone's Daughter

Dear God, I pray that YOU will bring justice. Quickly. Our hearts are broken, Lord. Please heal our hearts and pain in knowing now, that she has been with YOU all time we were missing her. Bless her with all the love and tenderness you can give, on her family's behalf. I am most Thankful, God, for you painted the sky the same color of her beautiful eyes to remind us that she became Our Daughter too. We will never forget you Amber.  Amen

rhonda52: My Prayers are with you at this difficul...

I am so saddened by the news today.  I know Amber was the light of you lives and cannot imagine the pain you are feeling right now.

We must as a nation reform a criminal justice system that puts these predators back on the streets to rape and murder our children over and over.

If you hurt a child...death is the only punishment that should be allowed.

Please please turn your sorrow, pain and anger to doing something positive in precious Amber's name.  We must reform the system that lets these monster prey on our children.

I support you all the way.

God Bless you all as you try to deal with the passing of such a beautiful child.
